Mel - Therapy Group Volunteer

“I first found out about INS at a Volunteer Fair about 5 years ago.

Since then I have learned a considerable amount about neurological conditions.

I get a sense of wellbeing having helped even in the smallest of ways. I always leave INS feeling good. I definitely would recommend volunteering at INS. Everyone has skills they can offer.”

Michael - Admin Volunteer

“I started volunteering in 2017 to try and help charities take care of the vulnerable in our society, and my time with INS in particular always leaves me with major sense of fulfilment”.
