New carer referrals
If you are providing unpaid care and support to an adult with a long-term neurological condition, INS can offer you support and advice – even if you don’t think of yourself as a carer, but provide care and support to someone.
INS accepts referrals for people living in Hounslow and Richmond, and people who have a GP in Hounslow or Richmond.
