INS Programme

INS is currently unable to offer face-to-face services. However, we are continuing to support our clients and carers by offering virtual group sessions via Zoom videolink - please see below for details of our current programme.

If you are an INS client or carer and interested in joining one of these groups, or have any questions, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or by leaving a voicemail message on 020 8755 4000.

We re-introduced fees for therapy groups in November 2020 and plan to re-apply charges for one-to-one services. Typically, one 8-week block of one hour virtual group therapy sessions costs £50 (prices are shown below in brackets). We ask those attending other groups, including Expanding Horizons, to make a suggested donation. If you would like to help support the work of INS, please click on the orange 'Donate' button at the top of the page or click here.
