Eligibility, Referrals & Client Pathway
We support people living in the London Boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond
INS services are offered to people who have one of the following primary neurological conditions: Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s Disease (PD), Brain Tumour, Ataxia, Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Multiple Systems Atrophy (MSA), Primary Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), Head Injury Priority will be given to any rapidly deteriorating conditions, such as PSP, MND, MSA.
