Integrated Neurological Services (INS) is a charity dedicated to providing long term therapeutic and social support to people in the local community with neurological conditions. It is based in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames but also serves clients from neighbouring boroughs. The philosophy of INS is to encourage self-help and independence for its clients and, by working in co-operation with statutory and other organisations, to help provide ongoing, integrated services for them and their family carers.  INS believes:  • in a client-centred approach in all its services; • that personal dignity and wellbeing are paramount for  • every individual involved in its work - clients, carers  • and staff, paid or volunteer; • that its services are open to all who can benefit;  • in maintaining transparency in all its dealings.
