The Garden Party held in Kew on Monday, 30 May was a great success. Over 200 people enjoyed the beautiful garden and the delicious home-made cakes and tea. A tour of Fuller’s Brewery was the star raffle prize. Visitors were also able to buy seedlings from many of the plants in the garden and receive gardening advice from one of the Kew Gardens experts who was on hand.
Very sincere thanks go to Judi and Alan Britten for their generosity in holding the event and for all the hard work that went into ensuring it was such an enjoyable occasion for all the visitors. It raised over £2,000 to support the work of INS.
